Versa's heart rate sensors stopped working

My heart rate stopped updating on my versa yesterday. The sensor lights on the back are not lit. After several shutdowns with no result, I did a factory reset. The lights are still not lit and the heart rate is not updating. What do I do next?

Actually, my HR sensor issues have not been resolved. My HR sensor on my Versa still does not work, after trying all suggestions in the help files and doing a factory reset. This has taken much too long. Please give reliable, specific help for this situation.

I'm having the same issue. Rest several times and factory rest. Still not working.
