Versa's heartbeat lights not working

The lights on the back of my versa are not flashing there for my heart beat is not displaying. Please help. I already tried all the trouble shooting myself like factory reset, On/off in settings but nothing works.

Hi @GraceSalazar , did you also try the following: go to the settings and switch HR off, restart your Versa several times and after that, back to settings and turn HR on and see if that solves the problem. If you already did that or if it does not solve the problem, call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

@GraceSalazar welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the heart rate tracking issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone.

 

I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
