When you press the button on the side to look at screen it doesn't work and when you can get the screen on it switches itself off before you can do anything plus when you lift your wrist to look at it the screen doesn't always show or it's too dark to see
this is my second versa I've only had it two week to replace one that was a few months old I'm getting a bit fed up with the hassles
I've reset it several times and sync it everyday with my phone still no good

@Firethorn1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the left button doesn't work properly and the screen goes off fast. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please clean around the button with a toothpick. After this, try chancing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the issues get fixed.
