My fitbit has been giving me trouble. I used the live chat that the fitbit website offers, but I accidentally pressed the back button in the chat browser so it closed. Either way I did what they told me and even tried to get my husband to sync my versa to his phone through the app and it still wouldnt work. So I tried again on my phone and it said it needed to update my versa but because it's not properly syncing it wont even complete the update and sync.

Regarding the connection issues that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you after the chat conversation that was closed. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
