.. Or roughly that. When I wake up in the morning I have to delete the fitbit app and reinstall to get notifications... It says that my phone needs a restart but that isn't the case and this is everyday.
All software up to date. Please help!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor the notifications feature and see if they don't turn on at midnight anymore.
