I have contacted customer service about my heart rate monitor not working properly. I was sitting at my desk at work. My fitbit read 102 bpm. However, I wasn't doing anything active. I did a manual check. It was my normal resting rate which is normally low, 52 bpm. I contacted customer service. We did a reset, a hard reset and it still didn't fix the problem. Contacted them the next day and was told that they are aware of this issue. They are unable to give me an ETA on if or when this issue will be corrected.
Is there anyone else who is experiencing this?
