Versa's relax app showing high heart rate

Hello, anyone has weird issues with the relax app, about 1 out of 10 times it's OK, the other 9 times it will finish saying my heart rate went from 70 to 140..I manually check my heart rate and its still around 70..go to the main versa screen and it still shows 140 then in a few seconds jumps down to 70, which it should be.. It's definitely not increasing physically as I check it with my finger and a watch.. But almost everytime the relax app makes the fitbit think it doubles ..

@Londonsangel Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Versa is showing a high heart rate. Start by cleaning the back of your Versa with cotton and rubbing alcohol. As @DramaQueenDiva suggested please restart your device and see how it behaves. Take into consideration these tips to improve the heart rate reading.
