Versa's resting heart rate is fluctuating

Hello! Wondering if anyone has any input on this. My RHR seems to fluctuate a great deal I’m learning since getting my Fitbit. I am pretty active as a runner and exercise regularly. I ran 8 miles this past weekend. Anyways, this past month my RHR has been the highest 80 and lowest 75. I tried to include a screenshot but it won’t let me. The graphs for 3 months has sharp dips and rises. Wondering if this means anything? I don’t drink alcohol. I am 35 yrs.

Hi @KrissyJ29, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the heart rate data is not being accurate.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate. It also includes some steps in order to improve the accuracy of the hear rate data.

As a side note, I'd like to share this post so you can learn how to add images to your posts.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
