Versa's saying unlock by phone

Hi my versa was linked to my Samsung and my screen went black so I paried it to my spare phone and then all of a sudden it's saying unlock with phone and I went on my app and my device wasn't there so i carnt use my watch because I carnt unlock it with my phone and I've tried nearly everything so I'm not happy that I carnt use my watch.

@Becki2 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like you to follow the steps that shared my friend Ricardo in this post in order to unlock your Versa.
