My backlight will not come on after multiple resets and charging .It was flickering a few days ago and I read on here to change my screen settings off of Auto. Began working just fine. Now it won't even come on and the heart rate monitor won't light up. I haven't even had this a year and it has never been in the water or had physical damage.

@Candice0323 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display and sensor light won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()
