Has anyone else had a similar issue with the Fitbit Versa where after completing the most recent update to the watch, it restarted itself and then the screen stopped working completely?
I see similar posts from about 40 minutes ago, however it doesn't say if it happened eight after updating the Versa.
With the black screen I cannot get into the various menus, however I tried to complete the reset process described in the other post using the buttons, however it didn't work.
I tried again, and still nothing. I'm hoping that this might be a glitch with the new update, but any help would be appreciated!

Hi @jacarl9012, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip them and proceed with the reset. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
