Hi
I updated my versa lite the day before yesterday, now today the screen is blank. I've tried to reset it by holding the left button down for 15 seconds. Because there is nothing on the screen I can't tell if the reset went through. I can still feel vibrations when i get a notification or call though.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
