Versa's screen became unresponsive

Hi guys. I need help. I did the software download on Saturday 23/05 and left my device on charge. This morning Monday 25/05, the device screen is blue blank. I tried restarting and holding all the buttons, nothing seems to work. I unpaired my device and Uninstalled the app still no help. This has been going on for hours now. I don't know what to do. I'm devastated. It was working perfectly fine on Saturday during my workout. I don't know what to do anymore.

I’m glad you will be receiving a new one. I recommend extra warranty

Hi

My fitbit versa 2 suddenly has a blank bright green screen. i have installed the update now which did not improve the situation and not responding to attempts to restart. this appears to be a common problem. has Fitbit responded with any solutions?

Same problem with touchscreen not working. I give up and will not be buying another one ever. I have tried every suggested fix and nothing has worked. After doing factory reset it is now stuck on the Quick Tips screen and wants me to hit Start which of course I can't do because the dang touchscreen isn't working. So frustrated to say the least.

 Doing a factory reset does not work so please stop bothering to suggest it as a fix. Touchscreen still doesn't work afterward so it's just adding to the frustration level I'm already at with the issue.

They have not promised me a new one...I’m in wait mode just like many others! Very frustrating!

They told me they are working on an update to fix the last update. They have also said that it should fix the problem with the blank screen, but my device is not pairing with the app so I have no confidence that it will actually even be able to be updated.
