Versa's screen can’t swipe or tap

Hi my husband got me my Versace lite for Christmas just there 

the last few weeks it’s not swiping or tapping to change to view steps etc 

charged  it 

re set it numerous times 

read reviews etc and still not right 

I can swipe once but then nothing

a d it doesn’t matter if I re boot etc not working 

he bought this at Argos 

who is liable to get a replacement 

Mira ridiculous this has only lasted under 3 months

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions. In case the issue persists, reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

Hi we did factory reset etc yesterday and no joy so now getting a
replacement tracker set out

Hello I have rebooted my versa and it still won’t swipe or tap😢 This happened ever since I downloaded an update from Fitbit. I don’t know what else to do.

Same issue here.. started this morning.. blue tooth still connected, watch syncs and everything. But SCREEN STAYS BLANK
