I just had same thing happen. Versa screen is black. Battery says empty and was on live chat then just stopped chatting with me.

I have since been on Fitbit help and the issue has been resolved. The Versa had died. Sending a replacement unit to me.

Hi @Wayno58 and @Dsheen, welcome on board. @SunsetRunner, thanks for the heads up and for always helping our members!
@Wayno58, thanks for the time taken to troubleshoot your Versa. I'm sorry about the experience that you've had with our Support team, and be sure that your feedback won't go unnoticed. It's great that you'll receive a replacement and if you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know.
@Dsheen, thanks for joining this thread and sharing that you've had a similar experience with your Versa and our team. I was able to get in touch with our team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. Please keep an eye on your inbox, you'll get some information about your case.
I'll be around, keep me posted.

Hi @LizzyFitbit , that's why I'm around to help users the best I can with my knowledge gained in 5 years using Fitbit Devices and all in all, Smartwatches differ not that much form Smartphones ( I am into Smarthones on the XDA Developers forum for more than 10 years). And when I do think I cannot be of direct help, I always contact you Moderators to help out. Best regards kuzibri

Hi @LizzyFitbit , I wish you Happy Holidays too and yes I'm fine and I will be keeping around. I mentioned to you that I'm also active on XDA, the greatest Smartphone forum in the world and that Smartphones and Watches do not differ that much.
Regards kuzibri
