My versa's screen started to fade this morning. Tried factory resetting and restarted. But, it didn't solve the problem.

Thank you for responding to my post.
I talked with the customer support and they walked me through the process of initial troubleshooting. But, it didn't solve my problem so, they said they are going to send me a replacement of the versa that I have.

@Shreedhara Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa's screen since it faded in the middle. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to to try one more workaround. Please try changing the clock face. Make sure to select a clock face that is developed by Fitbit. After this, check out if the screen works properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
