My versa keeps on fading and it has black lines. The screen fades to the point I can't see anything. I've shut it down and the problem still persists. Please advise

I shut it down with the back and bottom button and still the same issue. I also went to settings, about then shut down and the screen is faded and I can hardly see anything. Please advise. I love my Fitbit I've had it a year and I had never encountered this problem. Thank you in advance.
