My screen is continuously flashing orange.. It works otherwise but won’t stop flashing

@RCPLUM Have you tried rebooting your versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears (for versa lite - press and hold the back button for 10 seconds)?

In addition to the restart process that shared @Marrrmaduke, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.
