Versa's screen glitching and won't restart

Hi, my screen all of sudden is being very glitchy. I looked up for some advice and tips and saw that I could restart it but it is not restarting. Is there anything else I can do? I have had my Versa for quite some time and this is the first time it has ever done this.

@messidi1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't show your information and glitches even though you have tried the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks JuanJo for the tip. Unfortunately my screen is still glitchy even after I switched to a Fitbit clock face. 

 

I bought my Versa May 22, 2018. Is there anything else we can try?
