@Mypugbutch54 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display shows green lines and goes white.

 

Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the display works properly.

I just started having the same problem and tried both of the solutions you recommended but neither worked. Is there anything else I can try?
