Versa's screen got cracked.

A little history. Owned a Fitbit for 2 years with no problems. This Fitbit died after the 2 years and was not disappointed since it was supposed to only be good for a year. Bought a Fitbit HR next since I had been diagnosed with AFib and needed to monitor my heart rate regularly. Within 6 months the wristband started to come apart so I returned to REI and they replaced with the same HR,  4 months into this one the wristband came off and would not stay fixed so again I returned with refund because I wanted to look around at other brands. Needless to say I returned to buy the Versa because of the ease of Fitbit readings. I read some reviews and they suggested to purchase a face guard to protect from stratches

which I did. Little did I know the watch is so fragile that when it was dropped from about 2 feet it chipped at corner, which is not covered by face guard. I was upset but figured it was just a freak accident but oh no, I have since hit it on the door and now have more chips around the rim of the face of watch. This is supposed to be a fitness watch and I have yet gotten down and dirty with it. Warning to all that this is not a watch for the active person unless you like wearing a chipped up watch around your wrist. Sorry but think Fitbit has lost me as a customer.
