Versa's screen is black

My screen is black and wont come on, sometimes it will have green lines but cant see anything.  Ive tried resetting and it vibrates but nothing shows on my screen.

@14Palmtrees welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via chat as @SunsetRunner advised.

 

I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
