Hey all! Got a Versa Lite for Christmas. In that one, the screen completely blacked out after 5 months. I got the replacement two weeks ago, now the screen randomly goes all white. Any ideas?

Hi @BarbLygren, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email.
I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
