Versa's screen is fading and turning off

The screen of the fit bit versus keeps fading and then it won’t turn on when I press the button and it randomly vibrates. There are no green lights flashing at the back. What do I do?

@Resh27 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I want to follow up on the issues that your Versa is experiencing since the screen won't turn on.

 

I'd like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Once you've done those troubleshooting steps, monitor your Versa and see if it comes back to life.
