Versa's screen is frozen.

I put my Versa on to charge and when I took it off the charger the screen was frozen and it will not change screens or restart. Nothing happens when I put it back on the charger. I can’t turn it off by pushing the side button. Can’t tell any information from my phone app. Won’t sync. Very frustrating.

Hi, sorry to read that your Versa is not functioning anymore. I would advice you to contact Customer Support as it seems to be a hardware issue.

@CoffeeCole I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to try to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen or until a minute has passed. If you're still unable to see anything on the screen or if the screen remains frozen, please let us know so we can check this further.
