Versa's screen is glitching and battery dying

I took my Versa off and kept it in a drawer when I went to BCT. Naturally it died and when I came back I went to charge it to put it back on and the screen is glitching and the battery doesn’t last a day before it goes from 100% to dead, I’m disappointed because it didn’t do this before I left and it was fairly new.

@Ldbowe7779, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa screen is glitching and the battery drains fast.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the tips that are listed in this help page. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit Versa. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.
