I’m having issues with my Versa turning on. It’s 2 years old and i turned it on this morning and charged it worked perfectly then i went to restart it and now NOTHING! Has this happened to anyone else before?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.

please post what the fix was. I am having the same issue. I did an update and my screen went black and I am unable to turn it back on. the fitbit is charging, and is tracking my steps. It vibrates, but is completely unresponsive to pushing the buttons to turn back on. I even tried changing the clock face figuring the old one may have been lost, but a message came back saying that my fitbit needs to be powered on????? I am so bummed out. My fitbit is 1 year and 2 months old. I love my versa.... I really don't want to give up on it!
