I have a Fitbit versa lite which I’ve had since April 2019. I attempted to update my device to the latest software a week ago and during the process my Bluetooth connection was interrupted. Ever since then my screen has been stuck on the Fitbit logo (kind of lopsided as if it froze while it was loading) while the screen is ‘awake’. I have tried to restart the device so many times over the past week with no luck - nothing happens. I’ve charged it and let the battery die and still no change. I’ve updated my app, I cannot sync it as my app or phone can no longer find the watch, turned my phone on and off, removed the device from the app and I’ve tried all of the things I could find in the Q&A etc on the Fitbit website. I’ve emailed Fitbit and it took them a week to respond with the advice to update my app and to look at a list of things in a Q&A with no luck. The screen just will not change. It was working absolutely perfectly prior to attempting to update the device. Can someone please help? 😞 I really don’t want to spend more money (definitely won’t be buying another Fitbit though)

Hi @shannxn, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa screen is stuck on the Fitbit logo. I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions for you to try. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
I'll also be around if any question arises.
