Versa's screen is tuck in Fitbit logo

Over the last few weeks, I’ve had to reset my Fitbit. Initially, it reset but now, its constantly stuck in this mode.i can’t get it to change to anything.

@LorettaT welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's stuck in the Fitbit logo even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

Please let the Versa's battery to drain completely and try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for  2-3 hours.

 

As a side note, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
