Hi

 

I have noticed today that my versa screen keeps lighting up then going off and repeating constantly. Have reset it a few times and have put it on charge but is still doing it. Any ideas?

@AmyCB welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it turns on and off all of a sudden. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. If the issue persists after changing the clock face, try a factory reset. To do this on your watch, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your Versa before the factory reset in order to avoid losing current data.

 

Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
