Hi. My Fitbit versa keeps sliding on its own even though i didn't tap the screen. How can I resolve this?

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen works properly.

Hi! I already turned it off and on again. And changed ng face clock. But still it’s not working. It still keeps sliding on its own. Help please 😞
