Versa's screen not responding and won't take a charge

Hi.

I use fitbit versa on daily basis. I was switching my handphone. So while i was trying to switching, I thought I should do a factory reset and start a new setup for new phone. When I attempted this reset, the battery percentage was 55%. So, I clicked on factory reset and immediately I plugged it into the charger. after about an hour, I tried to start the setup. But the screen won't turn on, no response for any vibration or anything, cannot find the device on Bluetooth, when I plug it into my computer no response.

After that, I left it to drain the battery fully. Then when I checked pressing any button, the display turned on and showed 0%. So I plugged in the charger and tried to turn on after an hour. But still the same, no response.

Please help.

@ATS_Zoha welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it became unresponsive and won't take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
