Versa's screen not turning off and stuck on original clock face.

Versa 2: When I click the button from my custom clockface screen it usually turns the screen off. But instead it’s showing up the generic clock screen and not even turning screen off. I have TWO clock faces and it won’t go away. I just keep clicking and it goes back and forth between the two. I’ve turned it off and changed the face without help.

Hi @AshlieM, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's stuck on the original clock face and the screen won't turn off. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try a factory reset. To do so no your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have the versa 2 I tried the steps above took a long time. I restarted my phone and Fitbit updated. I was like ya it’s gone well it’s not and really drains my battery fast.  I took photos of the 2 different clocks coming up. I couldn’t put them in this response
