From experience and despite it being fully charged, just leave it on in the charging cradle for more than the usual charging hrs. Left mine for almost half a day, came back and powered it. All working like nothing happened.

I had the same issue, it also is really warm which normally doesn't happen after it has been on the charger. No problems before this happened and it just turned off with about 30% charge.

Hello @Boo2910, @kimmie96 and @CmpTlb have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you around @Kenzibit, I hope you're doing well.
@Boo2910 I appreciate you have shared your experience with us. As other members of the Community have pointed out, at this moment, please leave your Versa charging for a bit longer, then press the buttons. If the screen is still not turning on and you see the lights on the back flash, try to restart the Versa again by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Same happened to me I had put my versa to charge and wore it for a bit then took it off to take a shower and plugged it back in the charger but when I put it back on I saw that it wasnt turning on. I've tried the whole reset thing and also putting it back on the charger and it gets warm. I try again to reset it by pushing all three buttons for 15 seconds and still nothing. I've left it on the charger for almost a day now and still nothing. I dont know what to do anymore.

I’ve just received an email from Fitbit this morning... hopefully see what has happened. Had a few issues with mine before but never reported it, as I’ve always tried to fix it first. But can’t do anything with it this time.

Yip. All sorted with Fitbit, have to admit it was a quick turnaround and the customer service was brilliant. I’ve had my replacement Fitbit a week now 🙂 thanks for your tag!
