I went on a 5 day backpacking trip and the Versa battery died after 3 1/2 days. No big deal, I knew it wouldn't make it the entire trip. When I got home I put it on the charger overnight. The next morning when I took it off it only showed the Fitbit logo. I tried turning it on and off again and that didn't do anything and I tried to discover it with my phone app and that didn't work. Though, as it was trying to discover the Versa, it did say it was searching for the Versa and showed a battery level of 99%. After it couldn't find it, that information disappeared. Looking at the back of the Versa, it looks like there is moisture in the back that can be seen through the sensors. I have never submerged this Fitbit and it's only seen light rain. On this backpacking trip I took, it was sunny the entire time except for the first day which had light drizzle. Any suggestions on how to get this working again would be awesome.

@MadViking it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it only shows the Fitbit logo.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

None of what I was directed to fits the issue I'm having with my Versa. This is my third Fitbit that I've had issues with and I'm at the end of my rope. If I can't get this one working, I'm switching to something else.
Here's the issue again, the battery died while I was on a five day backpacking trip. When I got home, I put it on the charger overnight. Because I've had issues like this before, I made sure the contacts were clean. When I took it off the charger the next morning, it would only show the Fitbit logo on the screen, so it's obvious that it charged.
I tried all the tricks to restart it and to even just turn it on and nothing worked. I looked at the back and I could see moisture in the sensors. I have never submerged this Fitbit, never taken a shower with it and the only time it has even gotten any water on it is during a rain.
Since I posted my first message for help, the Versa has stopped showing the Fitbit logo. I've put it on the charge again overnight and the next morning it was extremely warm. I have never felt it so warm before. It still won't show the logo, but when I try to turn it on, I get a black screen yet it's a black screen from LED's and not from being off. Looking at the sensors after the second charging and I don't see anymore moisture in it. I've tried all the troubleshooting techniques I could find and nothing is working.
