I haven't had my Versa for a month and it has already stopped working. All I get is the Fitbit icon on the screen.

Hi @SLW5632, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Versa shows the Fitbit icon only, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.
I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
