Versa's screen stays black

Hi everyone!

So maybe someone else has has this problem....

The screen sometimes won't light up. I turn my wrist or press the left button, and the screen kind of glows but there's no watch face or anything. Anyone know why that's happening?

Also, sometimes the watch is just unresponsive, and I have to restart it. Why is that?

Also, after I have to restart it, the time shown is 5ish minutes slower than my phone.

Too, the battery seems to be draining fast.

All this started happening after the most recent update.

I've been restarting it multiple times a day. I did a factory reset and all these problems are still happening.

Help?

Hi @KMuir38, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

 

Regarding the screen and battery issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
