Ever since I updated my Fitbit versa it stopped turning on and showing the screen it still vibrates and tell me I’m getting a notification but the screen stays black and no longer turns on Its now useless and it’s driving me insane.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if the screen of your Versa turns on properly.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit I have restarted it nothing happens other then the heart rate Lights stop and then turn back on otherwise still just a black screen that vibrates I can’t even turn my alarm off when it goes off just have to wait for it to stop

@JuanJoFitbit It doesn’t work I’ve tried all the troubleshooting idea that everyone on the planet has ever done it doesn’t work it doesn’t even show a screen to know when the logo shows it’s black and now it doesn’t even vibrate and or track anything it’s garbage now, but thanks anyway
