going on 5 days now of fitbit versa not working. When will this be resolved. I am very disappointed in the fact my watch is not that old got it at end of 2019. Watch wont access any functions wont move past the fitbit emblem on the face. For the price this should not be having these issues.

Hi @MerkySkyiit Try restarting your Versa several times. If that doesntnfix the issue try the semi factory reset. If it is still not working you will need to contact Support
SEMI FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up. Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

@MerkySky, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is stuck on the Fitbit logo. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback.
After trying the troubleshooting steps that @NellyG shared, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I had a live chat walk me through uninstalling the fitbit app from my phone and reinstalling it . We did this on the 27th . IT has tried to update 5 times and failed . I really can not keep having to do this I need my phone with me at all times and that is not possible if the fitbit needs to stay plugged in and it suppose to take up to 45 min to update when its working . BUT it is not. Please advise on my next step if I do not get this working I will want to talk about a replacement as I have not had it that long. mine is a versa lite.
Thank you
CJ

At this point I would like a replacement but I am past my 30 days but this watch is still very new . I think I purchased it late 2019 it is not that old to be having this issue.
Thank u

Hi again. It should still be under warantee so you need to discuss replacement with Support. I have found them very helpful when I have had issues, but you do need to try all their suggestions first.
