Hi! Searched all over the internet for an answer and nothing seems to be working.
I had previous problems with my versa with updating, with the help of the tech support i was able to update and use my versa. Until now, everything was ok. Yesterday wanted to do an update and in froze in the middle of the update..So i tried to restart my versa and after that it just froze! Turned it on and the only thing that is showing is the blue logo, then i turned it off for the night and in the morning tried again and it was the same thing. Went online, searched and figured that my best option was to factory reset the versa. did that and nothing! Hold all three buttons for 12-15 seconds, the logo shows and when the logo turns off release the right lower button and there will be a strong vibration and then the rebooting starts..well it didn't. Went to work, came home, battery on 0% and the only thing it says
"DATA NOT CLEARED, SYNC AND TRY AGAIN".. tried syncing, rebooting, restarting. Nothing is happening. Should I just return my watch for a new one? I got it 2-3 weeks ago. Disappointed. Sad. Help, please!

@danylova013, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa gets stuck on the Fitbit logo screen and won't start up. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Thank you. Managed to fix the issue. It started updating all over again and it worked.
