When turning on screen starts normal then fades to white, almost transparent. Have restarted device and changed clock faces, which have not helped.

Hi, did you change your Clock Face to one made by Fitbit itself? If not, do so and restart your Versa several times in a row. If that does not solve your problem, I would suggest to contact Customer Support about this issue, regards kuzibri

Thank you for your response!! Yes, I did try that and still having same problem. I will contact customer support.
