I’ve been using Fitbit for almost a year. Hardly ever in or around water. Starting yesterday evening, the screen was on with the backlight lit but no display.kinda looked like a tv with no signal. The fitbit seems to be working internally. It charged all night and connected/synced to the app this morning. The silent alarm I set still went off but no change on the display. As of this morning, the screen is completely black and unresponsive.
I’ve tried all the reset options with no luck. Help!

@Ahaston, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Mine is doing the same thing, but since I've had it for over a year, it is no longer covered under their year warranty. I was offered a discount on a new one 😐 I've never had any problems previously and it just went blank two days ago. I changed the watch face and reset, factory reset, etc with no luck. Hope you get some better answers!

Any other suggestions? Even when charging the screen remains black. I also tried resetting the watch with no success.

It doesn’t appear the watch is holding a charge now.
