Versa's screen went black

Hello!  My versa has stopped displaying (again).  I had a Versa previously do the same thing, you all were so kind to send me a new one and now this one is doing the very same thing.  If I wear it, it tracks if I go to my settings, however there is absolutely no display.  Do you have any possible remedies for this?  I just love my watch and depend on it so much!!

Thank you in advance!

@DarlaO, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it the display won't turn on.

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello!! Thank you for your reply!!

The Versa is vibrating when on the charger, yes. I tried doing the
restart, however the display is still black!

I'm not able to change the clock as I can't see the face of the watch. I
do have the Fitbit approved clock face however.

What else would you suggest?

Many thanks for your help!
