Versa's screen went black

 my son got a Fitbit Versa for Christmas and it started doing this I don’t know what to do to fix it. Please help. I had one in the past that the screen started to do strange things but I could at least see the time.

@Wildlacey87, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your son's Versa went black. By the way, thank you for providing a picture.

 

I would like you to restart the Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have tried and it comes back up the same way. He said he took it in the shower with him and this is what happened the next day. I use mine in the shower and swim so I feel like that should not be the problem it’s supposed to be water proof
