Versa's screen went black

The screen on my versa 2 has suddenly gone black and will not sync. Any suggestions?  (Newest update is installed).

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the screen went black and won't sync. By the way, thank you for letting us know that the latest update is already installed.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, try the steps listed in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the display turns on and the syncing feature works properly.
