Hello,

 

After only using my Fitbit versa for a short time the screen went black.  The music continued to play however I couldn't manage anything on the screen.

Hi @Brendawatson, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went black and it won't turn on.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the screen works properly.
