Like many...my Versa was low placed it on the charger. Went to put it on the screen is black. Tried to restart/reset nothing. It last sync 3hrs ago while on charger. Bought this less than a year ago. Unable to get direct assistance of course.... Help.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
