Versa's screen went blank and it won't turn on

Hi everyone
my Fitbit Versa went blank after I installed the Fitbit update on my phone. It won’t come back on again and I am left with a blank screen. I have tried restarting it and using the factory reset option and still nothing.

please help

Hi @Julia_est92, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
