My versa is no longer working the way it did went it bought it. It went dark, and it’s not giving me the info, when I tap on it.

Hi @Mramaglia, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went dark.
I'd like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Mine is also doing that this morning! I'm waiting to talk to C.S. because I've done every reset up under the sun.

Hello @JuanJoFitbit, I have the same problem. About 45 minutes ago when I put my Versa2 for charging, the Fitbit logo came on (which was surprising, since I had about 40% battery left). After that the screen has been blank, it instrument does not charge, nor does it show the blinking lights (in the back).
I followed the links you had posted. I wiped the charging surfaces of the charger and the instrument. I changed the plug point. Still no change.
I have had this Versa2 from Nov 2019. We got it from Amazon.
Can you please tell me how to proceed?

Facing same issue.. my tracker has been behaving erratically for last few months. Dead from yesterday except when it is being charged. Desperate for a solution.

I'm having the same problem this morning. I removed my Versa 2 from the charger, and all I see is the fitbit dot symbol
