Hi @SherryHo, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi JuanJo, thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. I've tried everything listed in this forum help and nothing worked to bring my versa back to life. Luckily I was able to get a prompt response from the customer service chat. I have since sent my faulty versa back for a replacement. Unfortunately, they do not have the same model in their stock and will be sending me another one as a replacement. Am still waiting eagerly for it. Keeping my fingers crossed. 🙂

I am having the same problem.
While walking yesterday my screen went totally BLACK and nothing I do will change this.
Prior to yesterday it was working very well and tracking all my activities correctly.
It has been on the charger for over 8 hours and I still cannot get the screen to come off BLACK.
It is not linking to my IPhone any more.
